Infraestructure
In order to be able to deliver a more efficient service, with short response time, we have established several facilities in the center and northeast areas of the country, these facilities are interconnected by voice and data sources that allow us to provide you with information of your merchandise at all times.
Headquarters are located in the city of Santiago de Queretaro, there we count with facilities, maintenance and administrative personnel, a 15 ha yard that host a vast inventory of American and Egoba trailers.
Our Nuevo Laredo facilities are settled in a yard of around 10 ha and count with modern repair and maintenance shops.
San Luis Potosi facilities: Counts with modern offices with a more than 4ha yard.
Saltillo, Monterrey y Guadalajara each counts with offices and a yard.
Transportadora Egoba owns a fleet of approximately 350 sleep cab tractors with about a 2 year life span average and 20 day cab tractors distributed in our different facilities, to aid day to day operational requirements of the Terminal and of our clients. At NLT we have 40 Transfer units for drayage services.
Amongst our assets we own 600 trailers, between 53” dry vans, 60 flatbeds; all of them equipped with air suspensions, which guarantee that your merchandise will be transported under the best possible conditions.
All our units are equipped with GPS tracking systems connected to our headquarters, this allows the possibility of monitoring the trip at any time. Units also count with cell phone which allows communication between the driver and the fleet coordinator.
We count with a Customer Service department that in 2008 will be connected to an innovative service within the transport industry: a 24 hr Call Center.
In 2008 our Web Page Portal becomes a key element of our corporate strategy.
The Portal will enable our customers to:
- Design personalized reports
- Program the automatic notifications as they require them
- Chat with customer service.
- Elaborate Online Pre-service requests
- View last GPS positions in a map
- View invoice account status
